A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Cooler 3C/36F; freezer was -15C; thermometers present; and recorded daily.
- Freezer packs used to transport dairy products during distribution.
- General sanitation is good.
- No signs of pests. Recommend reviewing pest reports.
- Recommend rearranging the storage of non-food items to lowest shelves and separate from food items.
- All in order.
