Comments

The pastry display cooler continues to operate at elevated temperatures. The 'sample food products' on display measure 6 to 8 C. The upper wood shelf has been replaced by a coated steel wire shelf and the lower wood sheft is still in place. The lower wood shelf continues to impede air-flow inside the cooler and the required refrigeration temperatures are not being reached. All the wood shelves must be replaced by the steel shelves so that cold air can flow freely through out the display case product may be put on display-for-sale once again.
