Code 303 noted on Routine inspection # ANAN-CP5VF7 of Feb-17-2023 Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] Observation: There was no hot water at the sinks at the time of the inspection (~3:30pm). This is a repeat issue. Correction: Get this issue addressed by installing a larger tank or an on demand system by March 6, 2023. Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # ANAN-CP5VF7 of Feb-17-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Miso soup is being portioned out at the Waitress station. As mentioned previously, if food is being dispensed in this area, a handsink will be required. Correction: Stop this practice or install a handsink.

On Follow-Up: A revised floor plan has been submitted. A fully equipped handsink has been installed in the waitress area. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING INSIDE THE SINK. You may now serve miso soup from this area. A second hot water tank (~47 ga) has been installed in addition to the existing one which was 17.1 ga. A paper towel holder has been installed above the dishwasher. Correction Order rescinded. You may resume dine-in services.
