Routine inspection was conducted:
-Walk-in beverage glass cooler: 4C.
-Glass cooler with prepackaged foods: 2.9C.
-Milk fridge: 2.0C.
-All freezers were adequate. Foods in them were frozen solid.
-Creamer well: 3.9C.
-Handsinks were supplied with hot & cold running water, liquid handsoap, and single use paper towels.
-Washroom was clean with appropriate handsink.
-General sanitation was excellent.
-Food storage was adequate, Eggs were stored below all other foods.
-No pests were observed during inspection.
-Ensure sanitizer solution (bleach & QUATS) are made to 100ppm bleach and 200 ppm QUATS. Use 1/2 tsp of bleach for 1L of water. Follow manufacturer's instructions for QUATS.
