Cleaning has been done as requested: - sticky top of chest freezer has been cleaned - dry storage shelves across from grill like have been cleaned and organized - top of prep cooler has been cleaned off, with board removed to access crevices - stainless steel back splash in good sanitary condition - hand sink faucets satisfactory. Are constantly in use, so must be constantly cleaned When doing routine cleaning, please take care to wipe away all spills before they dry on. Much of the cleaning that is required in this facility is from small areas being forgotten/ neglected.
