Comments

Routine inspection: Both 2 compartment sinks provided with hot and cold running water. Liquid soap provided but missing paper towels. Ensure during operation single use paper towels are available for use. Also, have a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution is available for sanitizing all food contact surfaces when in operation. 2 door cooler at 2 degrees C. General sanitation is good. Note: Nightshift ministries no longer uses kitchen for food preparation and delivery to the Whalley area in Surrey. Note: for events where food is prepared and dispensed to the public for immediate consumption a temporary food permit is required.
