Attended site on request of Operator/Manager regarding allegations of food borne illness and allergic reactions Found cooler temperatures and food safety plans to be excellent Reviewed food safety plan with manager and chef specifically dealing with the foods alleged to have caused illness In Summary, findings suggest it is highly unlikely a food borne illness would occur given the protocols in place.
