Rehydrated noodles not left at room temperature, salad rolls have been sold for lunch rush already. Spray bottles measure 100ppm chlorine. No foods were being prepared when dishes are being washed at time of inspection. Rice spatulas stored in ice water bath. No raw meats stored above ready to eat meats. Most of the inserts were covered but reminded operator that ALL inserts need to be properly covered after use. Exhaust hood filter cleaned and glue traps for flies have been removed.
