Mechanical dishwasher has been fitted with a sanitizer line and is not a chemical dishwasher. Rinse cycle achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual at the plate level. No issues noted. Per the previous inspection report, ensure that pest control visits are still occurring every 2 weeks until notified by the EHO to reduce to once a month. Ensure to continually clean and organize the dry storage food areas both downstairs and on the main level, and keep the 3 compartment sink room area clean and organized.
