Consultation with Operator and Manager regarding proposed pizza area - Manager to discuss and notify operator our decision tomorrow.

All hand sinks fully stocked
All coolers < 4 degrees C
All freezers < -18 degrees C
Chlorine sanitizer >100 ppm available in buckets with wiping cloth.

* Discussed Meat equipment cleaning and sanitizing - Must be done at least every 4 hours if equipment is used throughout the day.
Flooring near the walk in cooler and wall by the hand sink (back area) requires repairs to ensure the surfaces to smooth and easy to clean. Operator proposes to refinish these areas in Feb 2017.
