- Ensure all food contact surfaces are washed and sanitized after use. Store in a sanitary manner.
- Food storage: Ok.
- Sanitary Facilities: Ok. Repair secondary towel dispenser.
- Chemical Storage: Ok.
- Sanitation: Cleaning of "hard to reach" areas (ie: Behind/under kettle and fridge, top shelving/partition wall, window blinds, etc) is to be conducted routinely. Monitor high level dust build up.
- Structurally: Surfaces are to be kept in good repair.
- Food Safe trained staff to be on site at all times.
- Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan is to be on site for reference.
