- Glassware washer at bar has 3/4 full bottle of iodine based sanitizer; 12.5ppm iodine measured at glass surface
- 200ppm quats solution measured from spray bottles for surface sanitizer
- Professional pest control service monthly
- No signs of pest activity observed during inspection; no major food debris accumulation or pooled water; no food splatter observed in dish pit
- Public washrooms are well kept, and well-ventilated
