- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in wall-mounted dispensers.
- All coolers - in back production area and front display < 4C.
- All display freezers and storage freezers in back are less than -18C.
- Facility prepares, kimchi, dumplings and various soups. All food items are cold stored or frozen. Front areas is using for packing and storage only.
- Food storage - organized and off the floor.
- Surface sanitizer in spray bottle is measured at 200ppm chlorine concentration.
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 78.4C during final rinse at dish level.
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection.
- Staff washroom -clean; supplied with liquid soap and paper towels; hot/cold running water.
