Observation: Rodent droppings were observed on the floor corner below the dishwashing area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect the above-noted affected area to remove the rodent droppings. Monitor for signs of pest activity and continue with your pest control measures: re-servicing rodent traps, sealing any potential entry points, keeping dry food covered in pest proof containers with tight fitting lids, regular cleaning and sanitizing to prevent potential food or water sources for pests, and protecting food/food contact surfaces from any potential contamination.

Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Prep. cooler, upright three-door cooler, and beverage cooler were at 4 degrees C or less.
Upright freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
Hot-held soup and gravy were at least 60 degrees C.
Dishwasher final rinse chlorine sanitizer residual was at least 50 ppm (measured at 100 ppm) at the plate level.
Chlorine test strips were available.
2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water. Two sink plugs were available.
200 ppm Quaternary ammonium compounds sanitizer was available in three labelled spray bottles.
Open dry food was covered in pest proof containers with tight fitting lids.
