Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surface sanitizer concentration too strong. Using a product called "F-29" by Rochester Midland United - quats-based. Graded as "For use in food plants and other industrial applications." Has been diluted but still 400 ppm +

Routine inspections conducted
Dynakil product no longer in-use. Now using a product called "F 29." Will return to office and determine whether this is a suitable product. Product is used to due bleach sensitivity in some children. OK for today as diluted on-site during inspection to correct ratio. Must purchase quats test strips and ensure product is 200 ppm every day.
Domestic cooler at </=4 C; domestic freezer at </= -18C. Thermometers in-place
Temperatures recorded daily. Please include a column for checking dishwasher temperature daily. Must reach 82C/180F for dishware to be sanitized.
