Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employees were seen wearing gloves and not washing their hands adequately. There is grease and sticky residue on door handles and other equipment being used during cooking.
Corrective Action(s): Gloves are NOT a replacement for hand washing. You must still wash hands at the same frequency as if you were not using gloves. Do not re-use the same gloves, put on new ones after washing hands. Do NOT wash your hands with gloves on.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The back door was left open at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): This may allow entrance for pests and can lead to a chronic pest issue. Ensure all doors are kept closed or install a screen door.

Observation: There is a build up of food residue and filth under neath the cooking equipement, prep tables, coolers, and shelves in the walk in cooler. The fume hood is also covered in grease.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the mentioned areas thoroughly, focusing on hard to reach areas. Stick to a proper cleaning schedule to avoid build up.
