Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One container of Bush Brand Orange Red food colouring observed on dry storage shelf on site during inspection. Operator removed the container of food coloring from the shelf and voluntarily discarded the coloring during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Do not purchase Bush Brand Orange Red food colouring. Bush Brand Orange Red food colouring is not approved for human consumption as it contains a non-permitted ingredient (INS 122). Ensure to purchase food colourings which are from an approved source and which contain Canadian permitted ingredients.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station in kitchen is not supplied with paper towel or other single-use drying method during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Place paper towel at the hand washing station immediately. Maintain all designated handwashing stations unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times to ensure staff are washing their hands properly and at adequate frequency.

Observation: Food premise observed in unsanitary condition with food debris and/or grease build up in the following areas:
- Around and behind all cooking units
- Behind preparation tables
- All floors in hard to reach areas
- Sandwich cooler door handles
- Soap dispenser handles and all handles for all faucets
- Shelving in kitchen
Corrective Action(s): Degrease, clean and sanitize the aforementioned areas to remove grease and food debris. Submit photos to the health inspector for verification. Maintain the premise in a sanitary condition by conducting deep cleaning frequently (as per approved sanitation plan).

- No hot-holding observed on site
- Hand washing station in preparation area is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Low-temperature chemical dishwasher measured at 50 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- Bleach sanitizer in pail with wiping cloth (X1) measured at 100 ppm chlorine concentration
*Reminder: ensure surfaces are first cleaned with soap and water to remove food debris, then sanitized with bleach sanitizer
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- Ventilation canopy observed in good sanitary condition
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Public washrooms observed in good sanitary condition
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained operator available on site
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site
