HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Low (≤15) Total Score = 8
Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizing dishwasher had no chlorine residual after the final rinse at time of inspection. Chlorine bottle colour resembled water indicating the chlorine concentration in the bottle had diminished. Recommend covering the open gap between the line stem and the bottle opening to reduce active ingredient evaporation.
Corrective Action(s): Bottle was swapped out with a new bottle during inspection and 50ppm residual was detected. Recommend testing daily to ensure the minimum concentration is maintained.
Violation Score: 5

Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Build up of food and debris noted between/under equipment and on edges of shelving. Also noted empty soap bottle on floor next to hot water tank and some small appliances/equipment that are not in use taking up space on the premise (ex two hand soap dispensers that are not in use on top of hot water tank and small ice machine on lower shelf near main hand wash station).
Corrective Action(s): 1) Give premise a deep clean, paying particular attention to above noted areas. Due: 1 week
2) Go through all equipment/utensils on site and remove all items not functional and/or not needed for premise operation. Due: 1 week
Violation Score: 3
