-Follow-up inspection to October 30, 2019. -Front and back handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff member stated front handwash station has been serviced but was still found to be leaking some water. Ensure staff do not turn off the hot water supply for the handwash station. -Quats sanitizer spray bottle in the front area has was at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink was also tested at 200ppm. -Baklava is purchased from Syrian Gourmet. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
