Routine inspection conducted with the presence of the franchiser.

-General sanitation was satisfactory.
- No in-store prepared pizza sauce.
- Handsinks fully equipped with hand soap, p[aper towel, hot/cold running water.
- Pizza prep. cooler, dough cooler, drinks cooler, and walk-in-cooler were at or below 4 C.
- Upright freezer was at or below -18 c.
- Food is cooked to at least 170 degrees F (at or above 165 degrees F) based on the temperature record sheets.
- Temperature records were available to review.
- Food properly covered in storage areas.
- 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer available inside the spray bottles.
- Sanitizer arrives pre-mixed and set at 200 ppm QUATS from the GFS according to staff.
- No signs of recent pest activity present at the time of inspection.
- Staff was observed to wash her hands frequently- Excellent!
