Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection. Facility does limited food preparation and limited meals are offered once a week on Thursday. Cooler units at 4C Chest freezer at -18C. No pest activity noted Hand washing station and domestic 2 compartment sinks satisfactory. General sanitation level was good Pork roast and salmon were being prepared, cooked, and cooled. Ensure food products cool from 60C to 4C within 6 hours. Probed thermometers are to be used to verify temperature.
