-Heavy moisture & grime accumulation under soda syrup storage.
-Under and behind front service area equipment (ovens, coolers, cabinets) - dirt & food accumulation noted.
-All other surfaces and hard to reach areas.
Corrective Action(s): Store all items at least 6" (15 cm) off the ground to facilitate cleaning and pest monitoring.
