Follow up inspection:
-Liquid soap in a pump stye bottle was available on the counter-top near the handsink in the front service area. Manager stated they would move the wall-mounted liquid soap dispenser currently affixed to the cupboard below this handsink to a wall/fixture area near this handsink.
-Floor behind the cook line was cleaned to remove previously noted accumulating grease.
-Chest freezer was defrosted and cleaned to remove ice buildup.
-Food was covered inside the chest freezer and walk-in-freezer.
-Light bulb inside walk-in-freezer was encased in a shatterproof cover.
-It was discussed that alterations/renovations to the food premises must not be made unless the floor plans and specifications for the construction or alteration have been approved by the district/covering Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health. Ensure three hardcopies of the floor plan renovations are submitted for review and health approval to the undersigned prior to making any changes to the previously approved floor plan.
If you have any questions, please contact the district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health.
