Routine inspection is conducted and following are observed: - Handsink in seafood and meat departments supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - All coolers meat walk-in cooler, reach in cooler in customer area and display coolers are all measured at less than 4C - Customer area freezer is less than -18C - Adequate temperature logs are maintained - Quats sanitizer solution is available in spray bottle and concentration is measured at 200ppm quats solution - Food storage practices are satisfactory - No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection - General sanitation is satisfactory.
