Observation: Handwashing station at water refilling area and in washroom noted with no single-use paper towels. Handwashing station in back area blocked by significant amount of items not required for business use.
Correction: Handwashing stations are to be accessible and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels at all times during operational hours. Adequate supply of single-use paper towels are to be available on site.

Handwashing station in back area accessible. Operator to ensure handwashing stations are accessible at all times during operational hours.

Ice scoop for ice machine stored in a sanitary manner.

Shelving added in back storage area to facilitate cleaning and to access hard-to-reach areas in premises.
Items are stored at least 15 cm off the floors to allow for sanitary maintenance.

OUTSTANDING: Operator to ensure rodent droppings are removed in filtration room and in the perimeter of premises. Pest activity must be monitored and pest access points blocked.
