Observation:
- Broken ceiling light cover in the dishwashing area; cover frame is damaged and detached from the wall.
- Ceiling light is out in the basement walk-in cooler area.
- Damaged, disintegrated piping insulating material above the dry storage rack in the basement.
Corrective Action(s):
- Replace the light cover and lights mentioned above.
- Ensure insulation material is not exposed around the pipe. Seal off and/or re-do the finishing.

- All freezers ranged from -9C to -19C.
- Hot held items measured at 60C or above.
- High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above during the final rinse.
- QUAT sanitizer in red buckets measured at 200ppm.
- Ice observed inside inserts for tongs.
- Dipperwell is functional.
- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection. Monthly pest control/monitoring done by Ecolab. Ensure to follow their recommendations.
- Ice machine in sanitary condition.
