Routine inspection conducted. - Temperature of coolers maintained below 4C - Freezers at or below -18C - Temperature logs were maintained and found up to date. - Handwash sink available and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 2 compartment dishwashing sink present. - High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 72.8C on plate level during second rinse cycle. - Food storage and handling practices observed and found satisfactory. - No signs of pest activity observed. - Staff has valid FS Level1 certification. - Permit was posted in the kitchen.
