Comments

- General sanitation is good.
- Front/back handwashing station supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Upright cooler in the back of the prep room = 4C
- Undercounter cooler in the front of the prep room = 3C
- Display freezer in the front = -18C
- Upright freezer (back beside cooler) = -18C
- Upright freezer (back opposite of cooler) = -18C
Note: Keep personal belongings separate from food items used for food prep inside the cooler.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwasing. Bleach sanitizer available at 100ppm concentration.
- Dry storage area needs better organization. All boxes and food items must be stored min 6inches (15cm) off the floor to facilitate cleaning.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
- Could not verify FOODSAFE training. The operator stated that he will be taking the refresher course to receive recertification of FOODSAFE. Note: FOODSAFE certificates obtained prior to July 29th, 2013 expire on July 29th, 2018. A refresher course must be taken to receive recertification prior to the expiration date.
