304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: 1) A few new mouse droppings were noted by the mop sink. 2) Fly activity has decreased, however still present. Corrective Action(s): 1) Monitor for new droppings/activity on a daily basis, and clean and disinfect as needed. 2) Staff stated pest control company will be onsite on Monday for servicing of flies. Correct by: Immediately. Violation Score: 3 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: Holes in wall next to three-compartment sink/plumbing need to be sealed. Comments

- Mouse droppings from previous inspection have been removed and facility has been deep-cleaned and sanitized, however a few new droppings were found. *Remember to monitor and clean/disinfect DAILY. Also check for new holes and seal any existing holes (see violation code 305 above). - Bleach sanitizer solution available in sanitizing bucket, spray bottle, and in sanitizing compartment of triple-sink at 100 ppm (chlorine residual). - Dishwasher has been repaired. 50 ppm chlorine residual detected at the dish surface after final rinse cycle.
