- Bleach sanitizer was made at the time of inspection. Ensure sanitizer is in use during the hours of operation, not just during opening/closing.

Observation:
- Build up of grease and dust observed throughout the premises.
- Undercounter fridges inside the kitchen are over-stocked. Lack of overall kitchen space due to too many items.
Corrective Action(s):
- Clean the walls, in between the equipment (stove), portable fan, floor, and ventilation hood.
- Reorganize the inventory inside the cooler and in the kitchen in general.
