On Follow-Up:
The worn out dish racks have been replaced. Correction Order rescinded.
Rolls with garlic spread are now being refrigerated.
Cooler temperature for the wings and ckn skewers are no longer being recorded in the hot holding section.
Metal spatula has been replaced but one of the new ones already has melted handle. Purchase ones with wooden handles.
