Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
Freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
- General food storage practices in coolers and freezers very good.
- Probe thermometers available onsite.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 78 degrees Celsius at dish level.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- Pest control in place.

NOTES:
Floors to be repainted again.
New hot holding line may be purchased in future.
Back patio area will be open in summer most likely.
