Corrective Action(s): Ensure they are always available. keep faucet clean. Turn tap off with paper towels so hands are not made dirty again.

Comments

Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory. Temperature log is maintained.
Sanitizer is detected in the dishwasher.
Repair the toilet in the staff washroom.
Email the FoodSafe certificates of the new manager and the chef. Management must have Foodsafe. In their absence, minimum of one staff per shift must also be FoodSafe certified.
Steam table in the banquet room is not in use during the time of the inspection. Staff should check with a thermometer to ensure that the food on the steam table are hot enough (60C/140F).
