Prep cooler temperature was 2 degC.
Sushi rice is prepared fresh every morning and then discarded before staff head home (sushi case open noon only).
200 Quats sanitizer used for wiping down food contact surfaces.
Three-compartment method of dishwashing utilized.
Sushi display cooler temperature was 3 degC.
Deli hand-sink (shared sink) was fully equipped.
Dropped off decal for the Operating Permit.
Temperature log was being maintained.
Employees are performing daily health checks.
