Routine Inspection Completed. FoodSafe trained staff present during operation. Hand washing sinks adequately supplied with running hot/cold water, paper towel and liquid hand soap. Quats surface sanitizer in spray bottles is at 200ppm. 3 Compartment sinks available for manual dishwashing and QUATs dispenser is at 200ppm. Operator described proper method for manual dishwashing. Bakery walk-in cooler at 4C or below. Bakery display coolers at 4C or below. Bakery walk-in freezer at -18C or below. Back area walk-in freezer at -18C or below. Temperature logs maintained and available. Food stored off the ground and covered. Staff in uniform with hair tied back/covered. No pest issued noted during inspection.
