Comments

Sandwich prep cooler - food inserts not double stacked in top portion of cooler unit. Handwashing stations maintained with stocked liquid soap and papertowel dispensers. Reviewed handwashing procedure for foodhandlers. Back receiving door and both swing gate doors have been equipped with new door sweeps to exclude entrance of pests. Required premise cleaning completed.
