Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Scoop stored in a bucket of yogurt was stored directly in the bucket. The scoop had no handle and was directly placed in the yogurt
2)Scented QUAT (not intended for food contact surfaces) based sanitizer used on food contact surfaces
Corrective Action(s): 1)Scoop was removed and put for wash. Operator replaced the scoop with one that has a handle and was placed in a suitable manner.
2)Operator halted use of scented QUATs and used food contact surface contact sanitizer

Overall, facility was maintained in a sanitary manner.

-Hand wash stations are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water
-All coolers (walk-in and display) were at 4C
-Walk-in freezer was measured at -15C. Storage was good
-Hot holding unit was holding foods at above 60C
-Dry storage was satisfactory - all food above the ground
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 78.5C at plate level (min. 71C)
-QUAT sanitizer in spray bottle achieved 200ppm
-No signs of pest activity
-Fume hood is clean
