-cleaning has been done in the walk in cooler and underneath the cooking line
-Ensure to continually clean these areas and do a thorough clean at least once a week (move racks out and mop floors)
-all raw meats stored towards the bottom in the walk in cooler
-Bleach water sanitizer in all rag buckets at 100 ppm chlorine residual
