Observation: Quat dispenser still only dispensing at apprx 100ppm.
Quat dispenser plumbing not installed yet.
Upgrade plumbing so that both hot and cold water is supplied so that Quat can be dispensed at approx. 75F.
Unsealed wood shelving observed in storage room
Corrective Action(s): Contact technician to service dispenser as discussed.
Quat currenty mixed by hand and tested at 200ppm.
Seal open grained wood if you wish to keep the wood shelving.
