Follow up inspection: -Affected areas were cleaned to remove the rodent droppings. -A pest control program via Steritech was in place. A pest control report dated August 10, 2017 was available on-site and the next visit is expected near September 10, 2017 based on the operator's wife. -Four tin cats inside the kitchen/food prep. area and two traps for roof rats near the drop ceiling were in place. -The gap at the backdoor was resealed. Front door was closed as well. -Onions were placed inside a pest proof container with a tight fitting lid and the dough mixers were covered. -Ventilation hood was in working order again. *Keep up with pest control measures discussed today and mentioned on the previous routine inspection report. Provide a copy of the next pest control report/invoice to the district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health.
