Comments

-Pest Control technician has been on-site and has applied crack and crevice treatment in response to cockroach issues. Pest Control contract now in place (Orkin) with weekly service initially. Service report and contract shown at the time of the inspection. Keep all pest control reports on-site. -Cleaning has been completed as per previous inspection report and requirements of Order. Level of sanitation and organization has increased significantly in the hard to reach areas and throughout the premises. Ensure it is maintained at this level. -As per recommendations by Pest Control Technician, coving/baseboard are being left in current condition to facilitate monitoring and treatment. Once, current issues have been addressed, areas will need to be sealed to prevent entry/harbourage of pests. -Closure Order rescinded. Premises may re-open. (Operators are planning to re-open tomorrow morning)
