Routine check. Food Store only. Pre-packaged sandwich display cooler - 4 C or colder on all shelves. Walk in cooler - <<4C good. Freezers - good (<-18C or colder). Sandwiches have best before dates. Hand washing sink has liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. Double sink and mop sink available. Chlorine bleach is available. Slushed ice drink machine cleaned on a routine basis ( outside daily or more often and inside as per schedule - check schedule). Spray bottle labelled contains chlorine >400ppm. Reviewed dilution for chlorine (100- 200ppm required if made fresh daily which is 1 tsp domestic bleach in 1 litre of water). Washroom has liquid soap and hand dryer - could use extra cleaning.
