- General sanitation - satisfactory.
- Food storage - well organized and off the floor.
- Hand washing station stocked with liquid soap and single use paper towel; hot/cold running water.
- Three compartments sinks and two compartment sinks located at each work station available for ware washing. Test strips are available.
- High temperature dishwasher in the back storage line in good working order; and it is at 75.4 deg Celsius at plate level after final rinse cycle.
- No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. Traps are set.
Note: Holes on the wall in the back area are sealed.
- All coolers at 4 deg Celsius or lower; all freezers at -18 deg Celsius or lower.
- Cleaning agents stored safely at the time of inspection.
