Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front handwash station did not have liquid hand soap.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwash stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Liquid hand soap and was refilled at the time of inspection.

Observation: Fruit flies were found throughout the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Contact your pest control operator to prevent further fruit fly issues. Clean and sanitize walls and floor drains to prevent further pest issues.

Comments

-Sandwich prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Dairy dispenser were at 1C.
-Upright freezer was at -16C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Soup heated to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer dispensing at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer pails were at 200ppm. Sanitizer changed every 2 hours and time tracked.
-Mixing wand sanitized with 200ppm Quats sanitizer after each beverage.
-Vegetable slicer was found to be clean and sanitary. Slicer is properly cleaned and sanitized after each use.
-Spoons stored in a mixture of ice and water.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent valid until January 22, 2025.
