-Follow-up inspection to September 13, 2019. -Pizza prep cooler has been serviced/adjusted and was at 4C (top) and 3C (bottom). Ensure all foods in the prep cooler are properly covered. Cooler unit produces a lot of condensation, which may drip into food. -Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection. Continue to monitor the cooler and service as needed (cooler set to maximum cold setting). -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
