-Follow-up inspection to February 26, 2019.
-High temperature dishwasher has been serviced and had a final rinse temperature of 74C and 77C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing). Continue to monitor final rinse cycle temperature and service as needed.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).Continue to monitor cooler and service/adjust as needed.
-Front handwash station hot water tap has been repaired and is no longer leaking water.
-Did not observe frozen meats thawing at room temperature at the time of inspection.
-Spray bottles were properly labelled at the time of inspection. Ensure bottles are relabelled as needed to identify contents.
-Staff member was observed using single use gloves stored in a purse. Obtain gloves that fit staff properly. Gloves brought from an outside source my potentially cross contaminate foods.
