Observation: Owner has placed "fence" (wooden door) at gaps of front area to prevent rodent entry into facility.

Corrective Action(s): "Fence" is not high enough. Mice can jump to heights as great as 1 ft (internet source) and can easily climb this distance. In order for fence to be more effective increase height or replace with higher item.
