Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted dishware being sanitized in third sink however dishware were not fully soaked in (sanitizer level was too low)

Observation: -Noted a bowl of raw meat stored on upper shelves above sauces and near ready to eat products were stored in lower shelf
-Noted black garbage bags were used to store frozen products ( meat and buns)
Corrective Action(s): - Store raw animal products in lower shelf or in a separate shelving units away from cooked or ready to eat products to prevent any potentially contamination
- Do not use garbage bags to store food products use ONLY food grade material to package or store food products

Comments

-All hand washing stations equipped with hot/cold water, soap and paper towel
- Walk in cooler and stand up cooler for pop storage are </=4C
-Thermometers are available.
- Walk in freezer is </=-18C
- Spray bottle sanitizer and sanitize sink tested at 200ppm Quats.
- Dishwashing sink is organized.
- Hot holding units are all >/=60C
- No sign of pest noted.
-General sanitation is satisfactory

** Noted prepared products without date in walk in cooler- Ensure to label prepared/cooked potentially hazardous products (ex: cooked rice , cooked veg...) with date of preparation
** Record sheet on site and up to date ( temp ) ensure to add monitoring record (at least once daily) re: sanitizer level for surface sanitizers (spray bottle and buckets) and third sink
** Foodsafe trained staff on site was not able to provide proof at time of visit, ensure to have copies of FS training available on site-
