Observation: Mildew noted inside the ice machine at the bar area.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and the first batch after sanitizing. Correct by: immediately.

Observation: 1. Glass washer at the bar area dispensed no trace of iodine. Stock iodine bottle was verified to be half full.
2. Food debris observed on the metal hooks used for naan bread.
Correction: 1. Wash and sanitize all glasses in the dishwasher.
2. Wash and sanitize all aforementioned metal hooks. Correct by: immediately.

Follow-up inspection:
- 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle.
- Most of rodent droppings had been clean up. Ensure to continue monitoring the dry storage area for activities.
- Metal hooks for naan had been clean up.
- Food stored in coolers were covered.
- Interior of the ice machine had been cleaned and sanitized.
