Follow-up inspection: -no pooling and cold storage of raw eggs observed -operator will use pasteurized egg as a substitute -light covers on in kitchen bulbs -hard-to-reach areas in kitchen have been cleaned and appear disinfected -Daily tracking sheets for fridges and washers will be maintained as per operator -handsinks fully stocked, hot/cold water and clear for use
